Me Dominique Gemayel joined Goldwater, Dubé in 2022 to pursue her nearly two-decade career in family law, youth protection, international abduction, estate and civil litigation.
Prior to joining us, Me Gemayel represented patients at a renowned university mental health center, then joined a boutique law firm specializing in civil, commercial and family litigation where she became a partner. Having worked at this firm for more than 15 years, she has become an experienced litigator and a recognized member of the legal community.
Me Gemayel was called to the Quebec Bar in 2005 after obtaining her law degree from the University of Montreal in 2003. She is a member of the Association of Family Lawyers of Quebec. She is also the first woman elected to the board of directors of a prestigious semi-professional soccer club, a role that has allowed her to develop expertise in disciplinary cases.
