ME JOHANNA AZOULAY LL.B.

Me Azoulay has been a lawyer since 2015 and joined Goldwater Dubé in 2021, after having founded and worked in her own firm on the South Shore of Montreal for more than five years, where she represented several hundred clients.

From the start of her law studies at the University of Quebec in Montreal, she was involved in social causes, with various communities, notably through the Innocence Quebec Project.

With patience, gentleness and empathy, she then devoted herself to defending the interests of people in divorce disputes, victims of domestic violence, as well as the protection of children, in complex family matters.

Johanna is truly passionate about pleading and argumentation. With vigor and determination, she regularly pleads before various judicial bodies, including administrative tribunals, the Court of Quebec, the Youth Court, the Superior Court, as well as the Quebec Court of Appeal.

Her legal skills are also diverse and cross-disciplinary. In the context of family law cases, she regularly advises her clients on corporate and business law, civil litigation, administrative law and real estate law.

With her great listening and analytical skills, Johanna will be able to advise, guide and represent you, throughout your case.

Johanna is fluent in French and English. Had she not become a lawyer, she would have been a writer and filmmaker.
