Louis joined the firm as an articling student in August 2021 under the supervision of Me Jeffry Awwad.
He obtained his bachelor's degree in civil law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Montreal in 2020 and passed the Bar exams in February 2021. Louis is also pursuing his master's studies in law at University of Montreal under the direction of Me Alain Roy, with the goal of completing a thesis on the Youth Protection Act.
Louis worked in community environments with young people throughout his studies. He developed a deep interest in children's rights, but also for the human aspect of family law in general. He is currently a director of the non-profit organization “Première Ressource, Aide aux Parents”, which helps to support parents in the development of their parental skills.
During his studies, Louis participated in several moot court competitions and became involved in student politics.
Louis is fluent in French and English. He is passionate about literature and has a great curiosity for the business world. If he had not been a lawyer, Louis would have been an excellent social worker.
