SANDRINE DAGENAIS LL.B.

Sandrine joined our team as an articling student in January 2022 via the highly-competitive Course aux stages process and under the supervision of Me Ana Maria Zuluaga.

She obtained her bachelor’s degree in civil law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Québec in Montreal in 2021 and was called to the Bar in 2022.

Sandrine completed an internship during her law degree at the Revue québécoise de droit international. In addition, she was a teaching assistant in family law and consumer law with Me Thuy Nam Tran Tran and Me Gabriel-Arnaud Berthold.

During her studies, Sandrine also helped design training modules for the Quebec Family Mediation Association regarding the interpretation of income in a mediation context. This experience allowed her to acquire a better understanding of the various issues surrounding the awarding of child support. In September 2021, Sandrine was published in La Référence by Yvon Blais in connection with the inequalities faced by common-law spouses within the Civil Code of Quebec.

Passionate about psychology and driven by a deep desire for justice, Sandrine knows how to defend and advise her clients with fervor and eloquence.

Sandrine is fluent in French and English. If she hadn’t been a lawyer, she would have been a cultural journalist or public relations specialist.
